Senior Manager, Talent Development

CVS Health

Alyson Reidy joined the CVS Health team with over 12 years of experience in talent management in the Aerospace and Defense field. Her most recent role was in support of the development of High Potential Employees across RTX. Prior to this role, Alyson managed 4 early career Leadership Development Programs through the merger of United Technologies and Raytheon Technologies. Alyson has built her career on strengthening organizational sustainability through early-career talent acquisition and development.  Alyson holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Eastern Connecticut State University and a master’s in business administration from Albertus Magnus College.
