With more than 25 years of leadership experience across Global Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing, and R&D in the Luxury, Prestige and CPG beauty sectors, she has held roles at Estée Lauder, Unilever, and Colgate-Palmolive, leading large-scale product launches, operational excellence initiatives, and high-performing technical teams. Ananda holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology. She lives in Norwalk, Connecticut.
