Andréa Ulysse is a dedicated and accomplished Human Resources Director with a passion for fostering positive and inclusive workplace environments. Her journey in HR began as a graduate student at Stony Brook University, where she earned her Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management in 2018 while working as a Human Resources Associate for a nonprofit organization.

With expertise spanning full-cycle HR management, Andréa excels in policy and procedure development, training and development, employee relations, equity and inclusion, and recruitment. She is deeply committed to bridging the gap between employees and employers, ensuring alignment, understanding, and mutual success.

As someone with an IS (Influence and Steadiness) DISC personality profile, Andréa is a natural communicator and empathetic leader. She fosters trust and builds strong relationships through her approachable demeanor and collaborative mindset. Her steadiness provides a calming presence in dynamic environments, while her enthusiasm and people-focused approach inspire and motivate those around her.

Andréa’s unwavering passion for people drives her to empower others through her positive attitude and tireless energy. Outside of her professional pursuits, she is a dedicated wife and wholesome mother, cherishing her role as a nurturing partner and guiding force for her two sons. Family is at the heart of Andréa’s life, and she finds joy in creating cherished memories with her husband and children through activities like singing, reading, and exploring delicious cuisines.

With a harmonious balance of professional dedication and personal fulfillment, Andréa Ulysse continues to make a meaningful impact in both her career and her home, embodying the values of empathy, commitment, and love in all that she does.
