I was born in Portugal and came to the United States 27 years ago, where I’ve built both my home and my career. For over 20 years, I’ve worked in accounting and finance, and I currently serve as Controller at Inline Plastics Corporation. Along the way, I’ve discovered a passion for mentoring others, driving process improvements, and creating opportunities for women to thrive in leadership. Being part of this program is another step in my journey to grow, learn, and give back to my community.
