Her firsthand experience navigating career uncertainty inspired her to think bigger. Recognizing inefficiencies and inequities in the hiring process, Crystal founded SkillResy, an AI-powered platform designed to ethically and responsibly streamline recruitment for both candidates and hiring managers.
