Have been a RN for over 40 years. I have a diversified background. I began as a Nurse in step down unit and then in surgical ICU with open heart patients. I moved on to SNF arena in reimbursement and became a VP. I continued on to become senior VP. Then due to life changing events I stepped back and became a clinical Nurse consultant and worked my way up to Chief Nurse Officer where I am currently.
