She played a pivotal role in launching a roboadvisor platform, driving innovation in financial services. As Head of Strategy & Delivery within Compliance & Ethics, she brings deep expertise in strategic consultation, financial management, vendor management, and organizational planning. Deidre also serves as a Talent Program Manager, where she cultivates leadership pipelines and empowers emerging talent.
