Donna Sweidan is a Certified Professional Coach (ICF), Executive &  Leadership Development Coach,  and licensed Mental Health Counselor. For the over 20 years Donna has specialized  in helping individuals navigate personal and professional transitions, with a focus on addressing crises, the work-life juggle and burnout.  She blends career and executive coaching with psychological counseling to help her clients through tough transitions and manage their stress with a focus on health and wellness.

She works with clients worldwide, helping them set transformative goals through cultivating self-awareness, confidence, and healthy habits. Whether they face burnout, imposter syndrome, loss of purpose, or self-sabotaging behaviors at work and in their personal lives, she helps her clients define clear goals and co-create strategies to overcome barriers to success, well-being, and fulfillment.

Donna grew up in Johannesburg, South Africa and lived in Chile, before immigrating to the US, and likes to think of herself as a global citizen. She  has two daughters, and  two rescue animals, loves walks in the woods, and tending to her vegetable garden in the summer months.
