Chief of Staff, HR & Operations

PepGen

Emiko Bryant serves as Chief of Staff at PepGen, drawing on over 20 years of strategic leadership and operational expertise in the biotech, tech, and venture capital industries. Her experience includes serving as the Director of Operations, HR, and Finance at Ten Bridge Communications, a leading biotech communications agency, where she successfully optimized organizational efficiency.

​Her experience also includes scaling GrabCAD, a tech startup, from series B financing to a successful acquisition and leading the post-merger integration for IT, HR, and Finance. Emiko has played key roles in multiple HR and operations positions, contributing significantly to building teams, process optimization, and business infrastructure to support long term company growth. Emiko was a founding member of Eesti 2.0, an educational STEM non-profit. She earned her BA in Literature from Portland State University.
