Eva Van Camp is a transformational leader and retired U.S. Coast Guard Captain with nearly 30 years of service in strategic planning, crisis management, and organizational change. She has commanded large, complex organizations, overseen multi-billion-dollar modernization efforts, and led national-level responses under intense public and political scrutiny. Recognized for her collaborative leadership style and high emotional intelligence, Eva is passionate about mentoring the next generation of leaders and helping organizations build resilience, clarity, and purpose. She is the founder of EVC TrueNorth, a consulting firm focused on leadership, strategy, crisis communications, and organizational transformation.
