Born in Italy, he holds an M.S. and Ph.D. in theoretical physics and is a dual citizen of the United States and Italy, bringing a global perspective informed by analytical rigor and cross-cultural experience. Federico’s professional approach is grounded in disciplined thinking, ethical responsibility, and evidence-based decision-making. Throughout his career in finance, he has translated complex economic, financial, and systemic challenges into clear frameworks, models, and processes that support sound judgment and long-term outcomes—capabilities that align closely with the principles of transformative leadership.
