Jennifer Gallant-Backman is a dynamic healthcare leader with over two decades of clinical and operational experience, specializing in community paramedicine, mobile integrated health (MIH), and hospital-at-home programs. She currently serves as Director of Operations for a nationally recognized acute care at-home platform, where she drives strategic growth, cross-functional alignment, and patient-centered innovation. Jennifer brings a unique blend of clinical insight and systems-level thinking to her work. Her passion lies in disrupting traditional healthcare delivery by decentralizing services, expanding access, and elevating the role of paramedicine in advanced primary care, emergency department diversion, and acute care in the home.
