Assistant Director, Player DevelopmentCleveland GuardiansJennifer Wolf just wrapped up her seventh season with the Cleveland Guardians, fourth as Assistant Director, Player Development – Education and Life Skills, and 17th overall in professional baseball.
Wolf joined the organization as a Life Skills Coordinator in 2019 after spending seven seasons in Player Development with the New York Mets. She worked with Major League Baseball for two years in International Baseball Operations with Major League Baseball in both New York and the Dominican Republic. As Assistant Director, Player Development – Education ad Life Skills, Jennifer works with the rest of the Education and Life Skills department to create and execute the Life Skills program, which assists Minor League players as they transition to professional baseball. Her areas of focus include educating and assisting athletes on basic finances, transportation, and adjusting to life in the US. She also assists with housing for Minor League players at every level and works in collaboration with the larger Player Development department. Jennifer graduated from Georgetown University with degrees in management, marketing and Spanish. She is the founder and president of the Alliance for Gender Equity in Baseball, serves on the board of P.I.T.C.H INitaitve, and is also involved with Baseball for All. An avid Disney half-marathon runner, Jennifer resides in Phoenix, Arizona with her son Micah. |
