Assistant Vice President of Human Resources

For nearly 10 years, JoAnna has been a driving force at Propark, supporting the growth of our nationwide team. Her wide breadth of experience spans various senior human resources roles, where she’s demonstrated expertise in numerous areas, like benefits, performance management, talent acquisition, and much more.

In her current role, JoAnna provides key leadership support and project management for HR projects, as well as global and divisional initiatives. She oversees human resources functions for new acquisitions and large-site onboarding. She works directly with our departmental directors to provide support and leadership across all facets of Human Resources.

Prior to Propark, JoAnna worked in sales in the telecommunications industry and also spent a couple of years teaching English to middle-schoolers. JoAnna graduated with a B.A. in Education from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
