Subcontractor Outreach Coordinator

O&G Industries, Inc.

Julia Hall currently serves as the Subcontractor Outreach Coordinator for O&G Industries, Inc.’s Building Group. In her role, she effectively communicates with the subcontractor community, ensuring that O&G Industries has a sufficient number of qualified subcontractors available to bid on projects. Julia also ensures that these subcontractors understand the bidding requirements and maintains a positive business relationship to promote O&G's continued success.

She has over a decade of experience in the construction industry, advocating for diversity, equity, and inclusion in both the workforce and business enterprise spaces. Her dedication to contract development and diversity initiatives was recently honored by the Minority Construction Council (MCC) as the Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) Advocate of the Year. This prestigious honor is reserved for individuals who consistently promote MBE participation and maintain strong relationships with MBE subcontractors on behalf of their company.

Julia was also featured in the 2019 edition of the Rhode Island-based construction publication of High-Profile Monthly as a Women in Construction. She holds degrees in Liberal Arts, Psychology, and a master’s degree in public administration from the University of Rhode Island.
