She has led high-impact learning strategies for global organizations including Axon, Fidelity Investments, PwC, and Navis Learning, designing scalable leadership and performance solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

​Known for blending data, innovation, and human-centered design, Kathleen is passionate about preparing leaders to thrive in complex, fast-changing environments.
