Director, Claims Operations

Northeast Delta Dental

Kathryn LaBonte is Director, Claims Operations, Northeast Delta Dental in Concord. Kathryn leads a team of 25 employees directing and mentoring the team as it oversees group, claim intake, adjudication processes, and system configuration of products sold by the company. Kathryn also serves as the custom enterprise systems technical expert, a role critical for supporting new business development. Further, she is the Operations liaison for a number of strategical Northeast Delta Dental partnerships and serves on the DeltaUSA Policy Committee, a subsidiary subcommittee of the national organization Delta Dental Plans Association, of which Northeast Delta Dental is a member. Prior to her position as Director, Claims Operations, Kathryn was the company’s Group Maintenance Manager for eleven years.

Committed to continually honing her leadership skills, Kathryn holds an NHTI Front Line Supervisor Certificate, and has participated in numerous leadership programs, including: UNH Applied Leadership Institute 2011, Women’s Leadership Summit 2012, UNH Next Level Leadership 2015, Leadership Greater Concord Class of 2017, and Leadership New Hampshire Class of 2022.

Kathryn searches for volunteer opportunities that positively impact quality of life in the surrounding community. She presently contributes her time and expertise to Special Olympics New Hampshire serving on their Board of Directors, as well as an Executive and Governance Committee member. She is a past member of the Granite United Way Grant Review Committee and a past Council Member on the Capital Area Public Health Network Public Health Advisory Council.
