Kayla Schutzer serves as the Supervisor of Early Careers Programs at Warner Music Group, where she architects and leads initiatives designed to bridge the gap between emerging talent and the music industry. Having begun her journey at WMG as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Kayla’s upward trajectory into leadership gives her a firsthand perspective on the professional growth she now champions for others.

A Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), she combines operational excellence with a strategic focus on career curation, empowering the next generation to explore their passions with confidence. Kayla holds a degree in Psychology from West Virginia University, supplemented by a minor in Business Administration: a background that allows her to bring a unique blend of human-centric insight and business acumen to talent development.
