Administrative Director, Women’s Health Services

Hartford HealthCare

Kimberly Montero, MBA, FACHDM, is a dedicated and accomplished leader serving as the Administrative Director for Women’s Health at Hartford Hospital and a Data Governor for Hartford HealthCare, an integrated seven-hospital system in Connecticut.

In her role, Kimberly strategically leads operational, clinical, research, and academic initiatives within Women’s Health, driving the implementation of divisional strategies and fostering system-wide partnerships to enhance care delivery and advance health equity for women across the continuum.

A Fellow of the American College of HealthCare Data Management, Kimberly brings over a decade of healthcare administration expertise, with significant contributions in leveraging data to improve women's health outcomes within the organization.

Her career at Hartford HealthCare, which began in 2011, includes roles of increasing responsibility, demonstrating her commitment to continuous improvement and patient-centered care. Kimberly holds an MBA from the University of Maine and bachelor's degrees from Charter Oak State College and Paier College of Art Inc. She is also an Advisory Member for Women in Leadership at the Pompea College of Business, University of New Haven.
