Chief Customer Officer

Kristina Lengyel is a global senior executive, board member, and strategic advisor with deep expertise in SaaS transformation and post-sales services, including onboarding, professional services, support services, customer advisory services, education services, and renewals. She has led complex, multi-billion-dollar global organizations, overseeing post-sales engagement for tens of thousands of customers worldwide while managing organizations of up to nearly 4,000 professionals globally and supporting $2B+ in ARR.

​Currently Chief Customer Officer at Cyncly, Kristina leads global post-sales strategy for more than 70,000 customers across 100+ countries, with responsibility for $400M+ in ARR renewals. Her career includes executive leadership roles at OpenText, Salesforce (Tableau), and UKG (formerly Kronos), where she successfully scaled high-margin services businesses, guided large enterprises through cloud and SaaS transformations, and built data-driven, customer-centric operating models at scale.

Kristina brings a strong technical foundation with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, an MBA from Northeastern University’s D’Amore-McKim School of Business, and executive education from Harvard. She is widely recognized for her ability to bridge technology, strategy, and execution, and for her commitment to mentoring, inclusion, and developing high-performing global teams. She has been honored as an Outstanding Graduate by Ontario Colleges and named Woman of the Year by the National Association of Professional Women.
