Lauren Estevez is a seasoned leader with over 17 years of experience in Ad Operations, including the past 13 years at Publicis. Known for her collaborative spirit, strategic thinking, and deep operational expertise, Lauren has made a lasting impact across numerous accounts and teams within the network.

Throughout her career, Lauren has driven operational excellence while passionately prioritizing mentorship and talent development. She actively mentors through organizations like She Runs It, Latinas in Tech, internal BRGs, and other initiatives dedicated to uplifting underrepresented voices in media and tech. In 2023, she was recognized as one of AdMonsters & AdExchanger’s Top Women in Media & Tech in the Magnanimous Mentors category—an honor that reflects her commitment to empowering others and “sending the elevator back down.”

Currently, Lauren plays a key leadership role in shaping the future of TAAG (Technology and Activation Group), spearheading global unification efforts and driving operational transformation across markets. Her leadership is grounded in building inclusive, high-performing teams while creating long-term value for both clients and colleagues.

As a mother to a 16-month-old son and stepmother to her husband’s 15-year-old son, Lauren has experienced firsthand the complexities of juggling career and motherhood. While challenging, this journey has fueled her passion for advocating that the next generation of career-driven leaders learn to set boundaries early and lead with intention—professionally and personally.
