Linda Turnbull is an experienced, strategic, and passionate Human Resources Leader. She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from the University of Southern California (USC) and is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SCP).

For more than 25 years, Linda has worked alongside her husband in building The Waldwin Group, helping shape and strengthen the organization through each phase of its growth. She has led and structured the full spectrum of Human Resources practices, with particular strength in governance, risk management, compliance, HRIS, employee relations, and organizational design. Her leadership style is driven by her belief in elevating people and inspiring change to align with business goals and long-term sustainability.

On a personal level, Linda is devoted to her family, loyal to her friends, and cares deeply about her community. She serves on boards and supports organizations that promote academic excellence, career advancement, and elderly wellness. She enjoys traveling, writing, reading, and is committed to lifelong learning.
