Chief Clinical Officer

Delta Dental of Massachusetts

Linda Vidone, DMD, serves as Chief Clinical Officer and Vice President of Clinical Management at Delta Dental of Massachusetts (DDMA), an affiliate of CareQuest Institute for Oral Health. She leads strategic initiatives in dental and scientific policy, overseeing clinical programs including dental-medical integration, utilization management, oral health analytics, and provider quality standards.

​A board-certified dental consultant, Dr. Vidone brings deep expertise in both clinical dentistry and the dental insurance industry. She actively contributes to national dental organizations, serving as Immediate Past President and Certification Committee Chair of the American Association of Dental Consultants, Chair of the National Association of Dental Terminology Workgroup, and voting member of both the ADA’s Code Maintenance Committee and the Dental Quality Alliance.

Recognized as an expert in dental coding, she authored the Implant Chapter in the ADA’s CDT Coding Companion and lectures nationally on dental insurance, coding, opioid use in dentistry, and oral health quality. Dr. Vidone holds advanced degrees in periodontology and prosthodontics from Boston University and a bachelor’s in biology and healthcare administration from Providence College. She also maintains a private periodontology practice in Brookline, MA.
