Regional Director of Schools

Student

Meghan Rosenfeld currently serves as the Regional Director for an international Montessori organization headquartered in Canada. Her diverse professional background spans law, politics, and education, giving her a uniquely interdisciplinary perspective on leadership and organizational development.

Meghan holds an A.A.S. in Paralegal Studies, a Paralegal Certificate, a B.A. with a concentration in Law, and a Master’s in Montessori Education and School Leadership. She is also a certified neuroscience coach and an AMS-certified Infant and Toddler teacher.

She currently serves as an advisory board member at a private Montessori school. Her graduate thesis, Neurodiverse Between Staff and School Leaders, explores the intersection of neurodiversity and educational leadership, reflecting her commitment to inclusive and effective communication within schools.
