Melissa Santoro, MBA is a Finance & Strategy leader with 20 years of experience primarily with Fortune 500 Companies in the Retail and Consumer Goods industries.  Her most recent roles were in startup like division, newly formed legal entities to bring something new and innovative to the organization.

Throughout her career she's played pivotal roles in steering committees, transformation projects, corporate restructures, and system implementations.  She is passionate about people and organizational design. Dedicated to promoting diversity in leadership and actively involved in angel investing, board membership, and various networking groups.
