Michelle is an influential Registered Nurse currently employed at the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses as the Program Manager of the AACN Beacon Award for Excellence. She is certified in executive nursing practice (CENP)and also in health care quality (CPHQ).

In interactions and relationships, Michelle values integrity, honesty, authenticity, and collaboration.
