At Conair she, she led the turnaround of the hair appliance category to double digit growth through brand and product innovation, retail assortment strategy, and integrated omnichannel execution, managing full product portfolios, including P&L responsibility, forecasting, margin management, promotional planning, and pricing strategy with tiered price-value segmentation. At Schick she launched Quattro, achieving #1 razor brand share in first year of launch. She began her career at Unilever, developing foundational brand management discipline across global consumer brands.
