With over 40 years' experience as an industry executive, consultant, thought leader and educator, Paul leads some of the most innovative and comprehensive grid modernization and clean energy projects in the country, helps some of the largest utilities in North American to digitize operations and use advanced analytics to drive enterprise and customer value, and supports private equity firms in conducting commercial diligences when considering acquisitions, offering innovative energy technologies and professional services.

As a leader Paul challenges teams to envision, innovate, create, and deliver exceptional client service. Paul elevates those around him, sharing knowledge and mentoring his peers. Paul invests great energy in academic, industry and not-for-profit organizations. Paul has been active serving on professional and community boards of directors for over 30 years. Paul is a board member with the Advanced Energy Research and Technology Center at Stony Brook University, an editorial board member for Wiley's Climate and Energy Journal, and Springer's Energy Efficiency Journal.

Paul has published over 12 dozen professional articles and papers. Paul was named one of New York City & State's "Responsible 100" recognizing 100 of New York's most outstanding corporate citizens, executives, thought leaders, visionaries, and influencers in promoting core principles of social responsibility: charity, community engagement, customer service, diversity and inclusion, equity, ethics, transparency, sustainability, and volunteerism. Paul was also recognized as a notable leader in Accounting and Consulting by Crain’s New York, and is a member of Montclair Publishing LLC. “Who’s Who in North America.”
