Currently I’m an Associate Director, Inside Sales at Natera, my vision there is: to cultivate a results-driven, patient-centric sales organization where accountability and ethical excellence are key. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of being a change agent at Sema4 and Scipher Medicine, building expertise across several key areas that align directly with this program’s mission.
For example, I led the launch of onboarding and development programs in Inside Sales, Customer Success, and Client Services, resulting in measurable improvements in team performance. My approach to leadership is marked by consistently fostering intellectual growth & transformation, creating systems for idea generation, and translating data insights into strategic improvements, which contribute to my transformational leadership style. As a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, I am committed to continuous improvement, always seeking to identify gaps and create innovative solutions. In my career, one of the greatest lessons I’ve consistently reinforced is to push past my limitations.
