Principal Consultant and Founder

Atiya Strategic Byte, LLC

I am a technology strategist and digital transformation leader with a track record of driving enterprise-scale change and strengthening governance across complex healthcare, higher‑education, and global consulting environments. My work focuses on enabling organizations to modernize responsibly, accelerate innovation, and build the leadership capacity required to thrive in rapidly evolving digital ecosystems.
Throughout my career, I have been deeply committed to advancing women in technology and leadership. I have led enterprise resource groups, championed mentorship programs, and partnered with organizations such as Girls Who Code to expand pathways for women and girls in STEM. My leadership approach blends strategic vision, inclusive culture-building, and hands‑on transformation experience, enabling me to guide emerging leaders as they elevate their influence and navigate the intersection of technology and human-centered leadership.
In my advisory role, I aim to support the University of New Haven in shaping impactful programs that empower women to lead confidently in an AI‑driven future—grounded in ethical innovation, technical fluency, and resilient leadership.
