She began as a Process Engineer and later served as an Engineering and Quality Manager, leading cross-functional initiatives in operational excellence, continuous improvement, and regulatory compliance—experience that shaped her systems-level, data-driven leadership approach.

Today, as Director of Sales Operations, Samantha leads sales strategy execution, operational alignment, and performance optimization across 5 industry leading RF & Microwave companies (TRM, X-Microwave, PMI, Corry Micronics and M-Wave Design). She leverages her technical expertise and commercial acumen to drive scalable growth, strengthen cross-functional collaboration, and translate complex capabilities into measurable business impact.
