Samantha Peters is a strategic business development executive and engineering leader whose career spans process engineering, quality management, and commercial growth in highly technical industries. She began as a Process Engineer and later served as an Engineering and Quality Manager, leading cross-functional initiatives in operational excellence, continuous improvement, and regulatory compliance—experience that shaped her systems-level, data-driven leadership approach.

Today, as Director of Sales Operations, Samantha leads sales strategy execution, operational alignment, and performance optimization across 5 industry leading RF & Microwave companies (TRM, X-Microwave, PMI, Corry Micronics and M-Wave Design). She leverages her technical expertise and commercial acumen to drive scalable growth, strengthen cross-functional collaboration, and translate complex capabilities into measurable business impact.

Passionate about developing strong, effective leaders at every level, Samantha is committed to mentoring emerging talent, fostering inclusive and accountable cultures, and helping organizations build high-performing teams. She brings both frontline engineering experience and executive perspective to her advisory role, grounded in a deep belief in intentional leadership development, mentorship, and sponsorship.
