Sharon holds an undergraduate nursing degree from Northeastern University and a graduate nursing degree from Framingham State University. Sharon is a board-certified Nurse Executive. Sharon specializes in advancing the professional development of nurses from novice to expert and is responsible for the onboarding, competency management, and ongoing education of nurses at her organization.
Sharon’s professional accomplishments include leading her organization to Magnet® designation for the 3rd and 4th time and growing transition to practice programs for new and experienced nurses. Sharon is an approachable leader who uses positivity, high level communication, shared decision making, and reality-based leadership to encourage nurses and nurse leaders to improve themselves professionally and impact patient outcomes. Sharon has a goal oriented, strong work ethic. Sharon is inspired daily by her son, Graham. Sharon has a passion for traveling to new places and enjoys country music. |
