She is a 16-year Voya veteran, recognized as a leader driving partnerships within the Enterprise, key partner groups and clients.  As a Head of Sales, she has a purposeful approach to directing sales activities, aligning teams, and developing talent; leading outreach strategies contributing directly to sales, growth and retention.  Theresa is a native of Connecticut, where she currently resides with her husband, two children and furry companions.
