Hi my name is Twyla Sears, I am a wife, mother, grandmother, and retired AF veteran. I currently hold a position as Program Management Support/Action Officer. There are many facets to my position that include but not limited to task tracking, high level deliverables, calendar management, development support, and strategic communications. I also serve as a Master Resilience Trainer and provide a "tool kit" that helps individuals understand how and why they respond to perceived positive and negative events. 
My personal belief: Resilience is taking a "kick to the chest" and understanding that  you are able to take a step forward and then another and then another.
